We highlighted the importance of risk management and identifying milestones.  Remember way back, in the beginning, we told you the necessity of ensuring you have a solid objective and clear requirements going into the project planning as well as selecting the right people on your team?  And why even bother if you can’t have some fun and make your life easier by embracing the technology available?  These practices aren’t isolated; they are integral to continuous improvement. Solid communication and collaboration, a cohesive team with clear goals and flexible project management methods are the building blocks of a culture that thrives on getting better. Which of these secrets has stood out the most for you?
