Course Objectives

This course sets out to teach participants how to:

• Identify and leverage their personal leadership style through the Leadership Styles Inventory
• Understand situational leadership and when to apply different styles based on team members’ motivation and skill levels
• Gain insights into individual and team motivators through the Motivation Inventory Assessment
• Develop a comprehensive list of motivators, both monetary and non-monetary, to engage and inspire team members
