At Teresa Durham, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality project management and leadership courses to help you achieve your professional goals. To ensure the best possible experience for all our participants, we have established the following no refund policy:

No Refunds

All sales of our project management and leadership courses are final. Once you have completed your registration and payment, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and consistency of our offerings and to ensure that our resources are appropriately allocated to provide the best educational experience.

Credits for Future Classes

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending a scheduled course. If you are unable to attend a course you have registered for, we are happy to offer you a credit for a future class of equal or lesser value. To request a credit, please contact us at least 5 business days prior to the start date of the original course. Credits must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance.

Registration Transfers

If you are unable to attend a course, you may transfer your registration to another individual. To initiate a transfer, please notify us at least 3 business days prior to the course start date with the full name and contact details of the person who will be attending in your place. We will confirm the transfer once we have processed the request.

How to Request a Credit or Transfer

To request a credit for a future class or to transfer your registration to another attendee, please email us at team@teresadurham.com with the following information:

• Your full name
• Course name and date
• Reason for credit or transfer request
• For transfers: Full name and contact details of the new attendee
